Aspects that may become apparent during or after Cleaning:
LIGHT DAMAGE Direct and indirect light weakens and discolours most Carpets and rugs. This is a slow progressive, condition. After sufficient exposure, the carpet or rug can deteriorate to such an extent that a portion of the carpet or rug will appear faded in whole or part
COLOUR FAILURE Many fabrics are coloured by being printed on the surface rather than dyed. Some of these surface colours, especially the very deep, bright colours are not colourfast to an upholstery cleaning method.
This is the manufacturer's fault and there instructions should appear on the item.
STAINS Existing stains will be treated according to their make up; we will try our very best to remove severe stains, but cannot guarentee their removal.
WATER MARKS Areas that get wet can show up as rings after the cleaning proccess. These may be difficult to remove. In most cases, impossible.
EXISTING STAINS Quite often marks & stains (non removable) are not visible until after cleaning which makes them more noticeable, in most cases these embedded stains cannot be safely removed without colour failure
Please be aware that the removal of pet stains/odours is almost impossible in most cases
YELLOWING Sizing and finishes in fabrics tend to gradually turn yellow with age because of the combined effects of moisture, light, heat, smoke fumes and other atmospheric soils.
Lounge suites and chairs collect a greater amount of these elements, causing yellow streaks to form.
We charge per kilogram for large sets of Lounge suite covers - please be aware some fabrics on the market will experience some shrinkage
